The authorized users for organizational purchases may use corporate/business accounts. 5. The users agree to indemnify and hold UniPin harmless from claims arising from breaches. 6. The e-voucher may provide links to external sites, but UniPin is not responsible for their content. 7. The users must not alter, reproduce, or exploit any part of the e-voucher without written permission. 8. The website's content is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. 9. Verbal or written abuse may result in immediate account termination. 10. Failing to enforce any term or condition does not waive the right to do so later. 11. The users agree that transactions via UniPin are non-refutable once initiated. 12. The users are solely responsible for mobile account/payment channel usage and security. 13. The users agree to bear taxes, duties, and other charges related to UniPin purchases. 14. UniPin can accept/decline transactions; it is not liable if declined. 15. The users consent to electronic communication and responsibility for account security. 16. The users agree not to use the e-voucher unlawfully or harm UniPin, its websites, or the e-voucher. 17. The users agree not to engage in unauthorized activities, abuse, or interfere with the system. 18. UniPin may deny payments from suspicious buyers and report suspicious transactions. 19. The e-voucher acceptance is assumed unless notified otherwise on the day of delivery. 20. Prompt payment is required according to UniPin's rules, regulations, or guidelines. 21.
